Module 2 of this Introductory Course to Inter-Connection showcases sweet Daisy, a student's mare who had a scary experience at her previous home, where she was forced down a hill and fell with her rider into the creek. The previous owner stopped riding her thereafter, and after a while, she was sold.
Her new owner said Daisy was disconnected and stuck. While trail riding, she got easily nervous and constantly was wary of her surroundings.
I did a 3 hour Happy Horse Inventory and Pre-Ride Safety Check with Daisy to assess the best strategies to help her. In this lesson you can see me work on RRC, Rhythm, Relaxation and Inter-Connection in motion to assess Daisy's mental, emotional and physical balance but also to help her feel seen, heard and understood so she could let go of self-preservation and self-protection to find relaxation with the human. The basis for Inter-Connection!

Seriously who is this horse??
Kaspin took off from the barn again - on a mission, with ears pointing forward! Went down to the normally scary part of property. There even were deer in the woods! Kaspin could care less and even wanted to go off property! Kaspin walked around between our stuff like no big deal. Normally this would bother him.
