Booking and Cancellation Policies
In order to make travel affordable for you and me, I require a minimum of students, depending on location and lessons booked. I ask you to respect my booking and cancellation policy as follows:
Payment is due at the time of booking. This will reserve your spot. You can pay by cash, check or credit card using PayPal through my website.
Cancellation more than 30 days prior to the event: A $25 administration fee will be charged. The remaining amount will be refunded if I can fill your spot otherwise the refund will be a credit note.
Cancellation less than 30 days prior to the event: A $25 administration fee will be charged and 50% of your payment will be refunded with a credit note.
Cancellation within 7 days of the event: I cannot give any refunds or credit notes. I will however review this policy on a case to case basis.
Credit notes can be used towards future lessons and are valid for one year after date of issue. Please use the pay pal button below to pay by credit card.
